Was on vacation and my vsc, check engine light came on. Went to Findlay to get checked out. Laura, service mgr, said take a seat, will scope & tell you whats wrong within an hour; mine was 10th car in line Went to Findlay to get checked out. Laura, service mgr, said take a seat, will scope & tell you whats wrong within an hour; mine was 10th car in line. 49 minutes later Laura was back saying catalitic converters needed replacing but could do it after I get home, so only lost 1 hr of vacation. Cost was $66 and I was happy to pay. Thank you Laura! More

I have never had a decent experience at this dealership. I have never felt like a valued customer and Leslie in the service department is particularly rude. I have been taken advantage of and had "the wool pulled over my eyes" from my first appointment. For example, during my first service appointment I was told that my tires were rotated and inspected. However, I had had a slow leak in my driver side front tire for a few days before my appointment. The day after my maintenance appointment, my tire was low. Not only did it need air, but it was still in the same location as before my appointment, the driver side front tire. So not only did they not rotate my tires, they did not inspect them. So what DID they do? This is only 1 of my dismal experiences at this dealership. I would not recommend to anyone. More

I walked in to see the Prius 5 and walked out driving one off the lot. The experience was the best I have ever had with buying a new car. I called NIck to find about interest rates and set up an appointment to test drive 2 different ones. I chose the first one. The last time I purchased a vehicle was 2000 and times have changed. I was treated very well, they answered all my questions, and I walked away with a good deal and a pleasant experience. I would recommend Findlay Toyota to anyone. I am looking forward to continuing pleasant experiences as my car gets serviced in the future. More
