Every aspect of this car-buying experience was excellent with the team at Findlay, starting with my first contact with them which was via email. I was looking for BRZs, which can be hard to find and necess with the team at Findlay, starting with my first contact with them which was via email. I was looking for BRZs, which can be hard to find and necessitated initial email/phone contacts with dealerships in a 500 mile range. I found that many dealerships didn't take me seriously but Findlay was among the few that did. Dax was the salesperson I worked with, and he was very prompt, responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. He answered questions quickly via text and provided a video walk around of the car and engine within a few hours of my request. Based on Dax's thorough information and responsiveness, I decided to make the 4 1/2 hour drive from Salt Lake City to test drive the car. There was no pressure and Dax was very willing to take the time to let me test drive to my heart's content, and to keep answering my millions of questions! I bought the car, and the whole process was straightforward without any of the added fees or game-playing I had experienced when test driving and getting quotes with some other dealers. Dax provided a high level of customer service throughout, and went above and beyond to help with everything I needed. I also worked with John, the sales manager, and Corey in finance, and they were similarly responsive, straightforward, and helpful. I would happily make the trip to St George again to buy from this dealership and will be recommending them to friends. More
