Scheduled a non-routine service on my 2021 Outback with Chase Glover. I expected they would keep my car for diagnosis of the issue. They provided me a loaner car to use which I appreciated. Unfortunately it took some time to get parts for the repair and I didn't get the car back until 9 days after I dropped it off. The repair timeframe could have been better coordinated within the dealership from my perspective. Got my care back and it has been fine since I picked it up. Thanks to Chase Glover for keeping me in the loop and following through on my car repair. More
