This review is for the SERVICE Department. Recently had a issue with electronic thermostat where check engine light displayed. I was told it would eventually go off and it did. After speaking with another customer with the same issue, she was told her engine would melt together if thermostat stuck closed and she continued to drive. I called the service department with concern because we are going on vacation and was told they could do nothing until it happened on my car. I assuming that the engine has to melt to get action since I had already experienced the problem? He could have cared less about my concerns. We bought an Outback because of their reputation for dependability and customer service. The customer service we received from the service department was far from good. More

I drove by on a Sunday and saw a all new for 2022 Subaru WRX and was in awe. I called the next day to inquire about it and was greeted by Shawn. He was a gentleman and answered all my questions. I thought a WRX and was in awe. I called the next day to inquire about it and was greeted by Shawn. He was a gentleman and answered all my questions. I thought about it over night and contacted Shawn on Tuesday and bought the car. Shawn answered all my questions and I never felt like anything he was telling wasn’t true like I’ve experienced at other places. It truly was a easy purchase! We had some wheel arches installed on our Subaru Forester and everyone involved did a great job. We really appreciate the extra care we received while waiting for our vehicle. We just moved to the area from Idaho and needed some brake work done. Greg took such good care of us; made us feel like we were family!
