We just bought a new Crosstrek, and the process was about as smooth as could be. Tony on the sales staff was courteous and accommodating. There was no pressure or smoke and mirrors. Pricing was clear, there was no attempt to sell high-profit dealer add-ons, and none of the "dirty tricks" we experienced "on the other side of the freeway" by several dealers. We walked away happy, got a deal we felt good about, and got a great car, so we don't hesitate at all to recommend them highly. More
