My Forester is now 5 years old and Findlay Service Dept is the only place I'll take my car, and I live 45 min from the dealership. Just bought some rear seat covers for my new 2025 Forester Sport. I went to Findlay to pick them up and have them installed. I was able to bring the car in the next morning and have them installed. They did a great job with the installation and got me out of there quickly. I love their service department, it's one of the reasons I've bought a Subaru from Findlay over the years. Jim Jones, the service manager is awesome, we've been following him around for years for our service needs. I feel we are treated fairly and honestly and have had no complaints with any of their service members over the years. I'll be back! More
