I had an appointment to fix a recall. Appointment was setup days in advance. I dropped the car off at 9am and 12pm I called to check on the car and they said it would be awhile before it Appointment was setup days in advance. At 3pm I get a call that the kit was incomplete and I would need to come get my car and reschedule. It took them that many hours to do absolutely nothing. I wasted gas and time. They should have known they didn’t have the part when I made the appointment. Also, when I arrived to pickup my car they couldn’t find my car or my keys. Very unprofessional. More

After I paid the cashier told me to see the agent outside to get my car. I went outside and there was no agent. I waited a while....no agent. I saw my car, walked over to it, saw the keys on the seat, got to get my car. I went outside and there was no agent. I waited a while....no agent. I saw my car, walked over to it, saw the keys on the seat, got inside and drove away. My car could have EASILY been stolen. I guess you could say I stole my own car. Crazy.
