Service manager is great and did everything he could to fix an issue that the service advisor Ed and a technician caused. Was told the tech drive my vehicle after a new alternator was put in, this was a li fix an issue that the service advisor Ed and a technician caused. Was told the tech drive my vehicle after a new alternator was put in, this was a lie, the trip odometer was at 0 when u got in the vehicle and within 10 miles it was apparent that the alternator was faulty and making a terrible squealing noise. Called Ed the following morning after my car died in the middle of the desert, and he seemed to not care at all. More

I had a really great service person & her name was Sonia; she assisted me in a bind where I was already stressed & then I went outside to get in my car to go to work & my car wouldn’t start or turn over.
