Was good prior times I visited, this last time the service I received was bare minimum at best. I was treated like I was being an inconvenience. Stephon who helped me wasn’t who I booked my appointmen service I received was bare minimum at best. I was treated like I was being an inconvenience. When first telling the reason for my visit he made it seem like I was asking for a ton of work (I had two concerns) and stated they would need my car all day because they had cars from earlier and prior day they had to work on first. I did expect for it to take some time so I wasn’t overly concerned. In going in he draws up the paperwork and then tells me diagnostic will be about $160, I told him I don’t know if I’m still under warranty so I better hold off and just get an oil change, he seemed annoyed and proceeded to adjust for just the oil change then he tells me after that my warranty is still active. I said if that’s the case I’m okay with moving forward on the diagnostic and possible the work. He got visually annoyed by this so I said if it’s too much trouble I can do it another time to which he said yes, I already printed the paperwork so just bring the car back another time. Then, I have my friend bring in his vehicle for an appointment scheduled 15 mins after mine. (The car is under my name). We get that checked in with a different advisor, Fabian, who is much more receptive to help. When checking in that car Fabian asked if I would like regular or synthetic oil for the oil change, I choose regular. I thought, that’s strange, I wasn't asked that for my car earlier. So at the end, get the bill and Stephon had automatically put down synthetic for my car, without asking. So two of my cars, same service, one was more expensive because Stephon didn’t take the time to ask which I would prefer. I was so irritated at that point I didn’t even want to argue it. Not to mention I received no updates about my car’s completion until Fabian asked Stephon for an update for me since my friends car that came in 15 minutes after mine, was finished 15 minutes before mine. I felt there was zero effort to do anything more than check me in for an oil change and get me out the door. More
