Employees were very quick to respond to me when I pulled into the service area for my Oil change. I was notified promptly by Debbie when my service was completed. Very disappointed in the service! They are not communicating with me, I have to call them to give me an update. I took my daughter's car to get the computer changed out and reprogrammed which I as communicating with me, I have to call them to give me an update. I took my daughter's car to get the computer changed out and reprogrammed which I asked the sales person to verify if it was under warranty he said no and now after the $150 dollar charge to diagnosis they say the computer is not the issue that it's something else but they don't know that it's going to take the another 4 hrs to figure out what's wrong with it. They asked for $600 more dollars which I did not authorize it's absurd that in order to tell me what's wrong they are charging $750 dollars including the computer that was never put in and I already paid for which cost $600 If I agree to this charge I'm in $1350 and they will only be able to tell me what the issue is and not fix it this is just rediculous there is no honesty in mechanics not even the dealership I will never buy another Nissan More
