I was on a road trip from Texas when my Nissan broke down about 100 miles outside of Las Vegas. This was the closest dealership so this is where Nissan towed it. This location has the worst customer service. about 100 miles outside of Las Vegas. This was the closest dealership so this is where Nissan towed it. This location has the worst customer service. I had to call them constantly to get any information or updates on my vehicle. My car was delivered to them on Friday morning. My plan was to be in Vegas from Friday through Sunday. When I explained this to my consultant, Ed, he talked down to me. He kept saying things to me like “ I know you’re just here on vacation and have a good time and have fun in Vegas, but I can’t make any guarantees that will be able to get this done quickly.” He basically made it feel like my issue was not important to him and the fact that I was now stuck somewhere across the country from my home was not important to him. I told him that I needed some sort of update by the end of the day because I need to make a plan on where I would be staying in cancel hotel rooms for my road trip back. I never heard back from him so I had to call twice to get a hold of him at the end of the day. He told me that he would give me a call on Monday after they spoke with Nissan corporate. When I called on Monday afternoon to get an update, I was told that he was off that day and had to speak with someone else. The other person explain to me that the process with a Nissan corporate technician does take a while. I was able to use this information to plan flights back home to Texas Because I had to return to work. I then had to continuously call to get updates and had to have the dealership that I bought the car from called multiple times to get information from them. When I called to let them know that Keating Nissan would be paying to tow my car home, I was informed that I would have to pay the $750 for them to release my car. Ed was again very rude to me and after he confirmed that my card had run through and was approved he hung up on me as I was asking him to email me a receipt which I still have not gotten. This has been the worst customer service that I have ever gotten from a car dealership and I would never recommend that anyone purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I did speak with what I believe was a service manager named Karen who was very polite but when I informed her of the issues that I was having her only solution was that if I was ever in Las Vegas again with my car they would fill up my gas tank for free knowing that I live in Texas.
