Vehicle was at the dealership for 36 days was given a price then it change resulting me not getting my vehicle repaired. I brought the car in because I could not get the hands free navigation to work correctly. I was told that the technician said it was working correct. Being that I had to select the next choice after sta free navigation to work correctly. I was told that the technician said it was working correct. Being that I had to select the next choice after stating "navigation" instead of voicing the next command. So nothing was resolved and I was to accept their statement. A few days later, however, I switched the option from female to male and it works perfectly, totally hands free. Fully by voice only commands. So therefore, it is NOT working as it should with the female voice option. There were polite and smiled when they lied to me so I have no complaints. More
