When I dropped off my car I was told 1 - 1. 5 hour wait and it was 2.5 hours making me late for my appointment. I probably won’t come back. I always come here with my 2018 Murano and have only had minor inconveniences, but I feel like they actually do care if you know exactly why you are going and will do their best to resolve any issues. They are always honest, but it helps if you are too. Sonia is my go to girl at Nissan Henderson NV. I have never met this woman in my life, but she is sweet every service I get and is very attentive. She is very knowledgeable about what she does and is very easy to talk to so I know I can ask her anything. Not sure who covers as her supervisor, but someone get this girl a raise!! More
