Had an engine replaced, was given 2 options a Used with X amount of miles VS a New for $3k more. Elected for the NEW….only 2 find out what was placed was a “rebuilt” engine NOT new. I complained, was offered a full service detail, but they didn’t knowledge that was ever offered when I tried 2 schedule. I DID receive a free full synthetic oil change last week, they were very nice, quick AND returned it clean! Still waiting for my full detail. More
