Went in to get my visor replaced and they did a great job. Fabian even got the mechanic to replace the battery since it was getting weak. It’s usually fine coming in to the service center but this time my service rep Ruben was unfriendly and cold. Not even a hello when I pulled up, just a “how can I help you” . From there it was silence this time my service rep Ruben was unfriendly and cold. Not even a hello when I pulled up, just a “how can I help you” . From there it was silence until he told me what desk to go to . Then he just did his thing on the computer and told me they would text me when it was done. I asked how long it would take and he said one hour. Even with an appointment? And he said “the appointment only gets you in the door”. I don’t know...it just left me feeling like he did not care and did not like his job. I do appreciate that they wash my car though. This dealership is the only one in Henderson so I don’t really have a choice but to come back. More
