The actual issue was not with Brandon but rather one of the men working the show room office where the sales people take the deals for approval. While discussing my deal with Brandon a man who I do not know came over laid a paper on the table made a statement we had been there for an hour and then said here are your options in a sarcastic manor. I didn't know I was on a time limit to make a deal and considering there were few if any other customers in the showroom I don't think the comment was a professional way to handle a customer. Then the finance person got involved and came up with a deal using some credit union I have never heard of which turned out to be a disaster. Days later the credit union rep told me I needed to call some third party agency and pull my credit report for them so they could certify my loan with the credit union. I have been buying vehicles for a very long time I have never seen such nonsense in my life. All in all I was very upset with the process of purchasing my lease vehicle which I thought would be a no brainer sense I have had the SUV for 2 years with absolutely no issues making my payments on time , and servicing the vehicle at Henderson Nissan per Nissan guidelines. I might add the service department has been terrific. No issue what so ever. And I will continue to use them since I have a new maintenance contract on my vehicle. As for sales never again ! Maybe I took to much for granted but when Brandon called me about terminating the lease early to buy a new vehicle I told him I wanted to purchase the one I have. My wife and I love the vehicle. I would have thought he would have had it all lined out when I showed up having made an appointment so we would have a proposal waiting. But it didn't happen that way.
