I was sold a vehicle they told me my interest rate would be 6% and we agreed on a payment 5 days later they called me and said my interest had jumped to 12% and my payment was going up $64 and it was a take be 6% and we agreed on a payment 5 days later they called me and said my interest had jumped to 12% and my payment was going up $64 and it was a take it or leave it situation after signing what I believe is a legal contract they changed all this I'm sure if I would have changed my mind a week later I wouldn't be able to break the contract but they are? The worst thing was how they tried to get me to come back to the dealer the finance lady Rachel said "sorry I missed a couple of signatures I need you to come in" unless she wasn't going to tell me about the interest rate changing it was the whole contract that needed signing ! she was not transparent on how this whole thing was handled and to top off it all she was not even there when I arrived at the dealer and someone else was thrown in the middle of all this mess. More
