** Buyer Beware ** My Salesman told me one thing about the "Out the Door" price and when I got back to the Finance Dept. 1) Caught them changing price on paperwork, called them out and they corrected that the "Out the Door" price and when I got back to the Finance Dept. 1) Caught them changing price on paperwork, called them out and they corrected that error after challenging it (I had a text message from Salesman) but refused to honor the 2nd part of the deal. My Salesman bad mouthed the dealership next door (Towbin), told me Henderson Nissan would not play games but yet thats exactlty what they did. In my opinion, they are no better than the dealership they bad mouthed. I should have gotten up and walked out at that point but I didn't... If I had it all to do over I would have left. The car is fine but in my opinion, I am not impressed with this dealership. They sold the car, they win, but I wouldn't go back and I suggest anyone else be careful. More

I recently sent a few requests out online to some dealerships to get information on cars in my price range. I was pleased to see that within 3 minutes of sending a request I was contacted by Robert dealerships to get information on cars in my price range. I was pleased to see that within 3 minutes of sending a request I was contacted by Robert Stewart, the Internet manager at Henderson Nissan. He was very helpful on the phone and answered all of my questions and concerns. I decided to go in and meet with him. I knew within 5 minutes of meeting Robert that I could put my trust in him on helping me find the right car. I decided to buy a new Nissan sentra. I am so happy with it! This was my first time at Henderson Nissan but because of Robert Stewart my overall experience was phenominal! I will definitely send everyone I know over to this dealership to buy their cars from Robert. Beware of the typical sales manager promising you a product upgrade such as from the conventional radio to a satellite radio as being part of the deal (of course, before you sign contract) and then ren product upgrade such as from the conventional radio to a satellite radio as being part of the deal (of course, before you sign contract) and then renege and try to give you a cheap after market substitute. Get it in writing as their verbal promise (more than crap) is not worth anything. Do not trust them. Better still walk away!! More
