This place is great, the salesman was professional, knowledgable and very friendly. There was a great atmosphere is the dealership as it was very busy and they kept ringing the bell everytime somebody knowledgable and very friendly. They are a bunch of lier's will tell you anything you want to hear to sell you a car. Told me they would install the Bose stereo system in my car. If I could put a negative star I would. My wife went into this place after they called her many times to turn in her lease into a new Nissan lease with no strings attached. Told her we will take care of the this place after they called her many times to turn in her lease into a new Nissan lease with no strings attached. Told her we will take care of the remaining months on your lease, for signing a new 3 year lease . She wanted to a new car and thought why not. She asked a few times if this was the bottomline and even read the lease. I read the lease. Some how, one way or another there was added paper work and now was liable for the remaining 7 months on her lease AND the new lease. In God s green earth I have no idea why an Ivy league educated person like my wife would have turned in her car and pay 7 months remaining and take on another car payment. Literally had two car payments for 7 months and had one car. SCAM!!!! I went in and confronted the manager Matt Cavanaugh after he was very rude and upset my wife over the phone. When I went into the store, he only told me to have a good day and to never come back. I have never been so upset in my life. I cant believe a big company like Nissan can let this happen or even have a mananger like Matt Cavanaugh is besides me. I will now and forever, let everyone know about what happened. I will always let anyone who wants to know what happened to us and do anything I can to keep potential Nissan buyers away from this place. PLEASE do not go there. I cannot believe the SCAM that was pulled and we could not do anything about it without affecting our credit. Matt Cavanaugh I hope you are fired by now.
