Findlay Nissan Henderson

Went in for an Oil change and lubrication at 0727hrs. At 0950hrs I went to the front counter to see if my car was ready. Ed the service representative said he would check. He came back five minutes later an 0950hrs I went to the front counter to see if my car was ready. Ed the service representative said he would check. He came back five minutes later and stated my car would be ready in another 10 minutes. I asked what happened? Who didn't do their job? He admitted that he turned my car in for service without the paperwork needed for the technician to do the needed work. I asked If I hadn't come to the front to check, how long would I had waited? He apologized and didn't charge me. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. More

With the specials they offer to get your car serviced, I've always utilized the Oil Change Special. This special includes an oil change, oil filter change, multi-point inspection, and car wash. When I got I've always utilized the Oil Change Special. This special includes an oil change, oil filter change, multi-point inspection, and car wash. When I got my car back, a car wash was not done but I didn't make much of it since there were strong winds & thunderstorm warning at the time. After leaving the lot, I noticed that I was not given or sent a report of the inspection. Thus, I assume the inspection was not done. Overall experience was okay compared to other visits. I'm still going to bring my car in out of necessity but I'll make sure the services offered are done in the future More
