I've lived in 34 states, purchased MANY vehicles from all kinds of dealerships in all different states and Henderson Nissan IS by far the very WORST Dealership I've ever seen, WORST experience I've EVER had. kinds of dealerships in all different states and Henderson Nissan IS by far the very WORST Dealership I've ever seen, WORST experience I've EVER had. From the VERY beginning they lied, scammed and totally ripped me off seriously bad! Don't fix issues with vehicle(shouldn't even be any issues as vehicle is brand new!! Took in within a week of leasing(still brand spanking new) radio was acting up, they just threw in a Cheap After Market Radio(when I'm paying $65,000.00!!!)safety sensors/ cameras didn't work, again with AFTER MARKET CHEAP PARTS! 3 years later, STILL SAME PROBLEMS, still does not work!! There were 2-3 recalls, took vehicle in TWO YEARS AGO, they STILL haven't fixed them! I already had to open TWO cases against them with Nissan Manufacturer Rep for West Coast as well as Consumer Affairs, all the way to Regional Office. Take vehicle in for oil change they return it to me damaged, scratched, dented all the way down to metal. Took in to get THAT repaired, they gave it back to me with NEW damages, sliced leather on console, dash, seat!?!? Not to mention they lied to me from day one! Said I could only lease not buy, THAT was a lie! Never got paperwork to take to dmv, instead they gave me some, "illegal " paper and told me to lie to police if I got pulled over. Fast forward 3 yrs, go on to do lease buy out, first they lied again, told me my lease Had to be turned in on Friday, when infact i had almost another WEEK left! Upon signing final paperwork, i, ONCE I, caught Fees/ things that were NEVER supposed to be in there, AGAIN!! STILL haven't gotten recalls fixed, everytime I ask there's always SOME excuse.. in the meantime new issues with vehicle arise, I try and try and try to contact my "salesman",, once I signed paperwork, NOTHING but crickets but BEFORE paperwork was signed, ohhhh boy!!! He was blowing my phone UP!! but now can't reach him to save my life! This is just SOME of the things I was put through from them in just 3 years, but believe me there's TONS MORE! And after ALL of things I've had to deal with from them, you'd THINK they'd have SOME kind of remorse, compassion, try to do SOMETHING to TRY to make it just even a little better, but NO!!!! Absolutely NOTHING at all for all the crap I went thru/ put up with from them and after ALL the money I gave them and the couldn't even TRY and do ONE little thing JUST to save a lil face or maybe try to keep a customer, HUHH!!!! NOPE! NOT Henderson Nissan!! And to top everything off, girl that calls me from there, when I don't answer I get a Sassy, rude, attitude kind of message. I'm just saying PLEASE PLEASE Please BEWARE!!!! Be VERY VERY WARE!!! I would hate to see them lie cheat steal/ rip off anyone else as bad as they did me. I personally feel it's unfair that we are forced to give them even 1 star! It should be 5+ and 5- CUSTOMERS CHOICE!! Anyways Please BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE of this dealership and it's people.
