I made an appt for Sat once I knew my driver's side light needed replacement on Tues. At the appt I had to ask for an estimate then I was told they didn't have my part. How do you not have the part whe light needed replacement on Tues. At the appt I had to ask for an estimate then I was told they didn't have my part. How do you not have the part when I told what I needed to have done 3 days before. You have my car info I chose the vehicle on the website when I made the appt Great customer service plans for what their customer needs. This was not the case. He said even if he had the part overnighted it wouldn't be in until Sunday and they are closed Sun and Monday.Then I asked him to make me another appt he said he did but did not. He then said the part SHOULD be in on Thursday. What happened to overnight? If Nissan can't keep or have a headlight in stock or available in less than 10 days it is not a good endorsement for me to buy another Nissan vehicle More
