I had a good experience as far as my oil change, but when my car was done I stood there and waited which it was a guy standing there a porter and didn't ask me could he help me I had to ask him . I asked why didn't I get a car wash and he stated that as of this morning they weren't aloud to wash cars with cracked windshields, which I do not have he then stated it was due to me driving on the exprwhich I do not ! Did not honor nissan courtesy rules and sent me on my way . Called a couple of days later. I will not be comeback to this site thanks but no thanks . More

This is the 3rd time I’ve taken my Sentra to Henderson Nissan and the service is always impeccable and the Service Rep, Chris is responsive and helpful in explaining the repair details. I’m not sure whic Nissan and the service is always impeccable and the Service Rep, Chris is responsive and helpful in explaining the repair details. I’m not sure which Chris was our Service Rep. As a suggestion when you have 2 Service Reps with the same first name, might be helpful to add their last name to determine who served you. But I would give Chris our Rep a 5 star rating.
