I inquired about a new vehicle as they had been running television ads about them not pricing vehicles above MSRP as many other dealers are doing. Well, that is definitely false advertising as this is the television ads about them not pricing vehicles above MSRP as many other dealers are doing. Well, that is definitely false advertising as this is the response I received "NO MARKET ADJUSTMENT WAS A PROMOTION IN MAY THRU THE END OF MEMORIAL WEEKEND. LOW INVENTORY AND DEALER MARKET ADJUSTMENT ARE A COMMON THEME. $4995.00 IS THE MARKET ADJUSTMENT AND $2499.00 IS THE DESERT PROTECTION PKG." So they want to charge $7,500 above MSRP!! Not in a million years would I pay this crazy amount above sticker. They should be reported for price gouging. More

Just getting a battery replacement but it took 2-1/2 hours! I was told it would take 1 hour to 1 hour & 15 minutes.
