My service writer Donovan handled things in a quick manner. Didn’t pressure me to get anything more done, but I called back to make an appointment to get my brakes done. My service representative was Debbie, she did a lot of extra detailed work on my behalf, trying to get a terrible warranty company carchex to pay my claim. In the end she helped me get a 50% reduction in extra detailed work on my behalf, trying to get a terrible warranty company carchex to pay my claim. In the end she helped me get a 50% reduction in fees from Nissan, since the terrible warranty company did not pay for repairs. I really appreciate the extra effort she put in to my situation. More
