Oscar made it so easy to get my car serviced. I bring my oil and oil filter when the service is due, Oscar noted the service ticket so the technician would look for it. During the service he asked me about my K&N air filter, I appreciated his awareness that the air filter is washable and not to throw it away. A two-hour scheduled appointment turns into four. No communication. I checked back three times while I waited and waited. Nothing was unexpected that would cause a delay. It was a scheduled recall. A No communication. I checked back three times while I waited and waited. Nothing was unexpected that would cause a delay. It was a scheduled recall. At intake, I ordered a small cosmetic part. It was still not ordered by the time I left. Two weeks later, no communication about its delivery, even after asking. Now, my wheels squeak. They didn't squeak when I arrived, but I was told that I was going to need to have my brakes looks at soon. I'm not impressed, service department. More
