Love the car but Poor customer from internet manager, he did not call back as indicated and was given the run around for a whole week, even after speaking to sales manager. No incentives were offered and he would not even fill up the gas tank when it was a little over half full, he kept playing the blame game and making excuses of how he could not do anything for me without even asking. I let him know this was my early birthday gift but he did not seem to care. Honestly, dont know how he has the ratings he has. I was very disappointed with the customer service given and felt unappreciated for my business. I know he could've done a lot better. More

So normally I give 4 or 5 stars but this time I was very disappointed. I took my car in for some routine maintenance. Oil change and replace the spark plugs. I was also having an issue with some vibration when the AC was on, so I asked about that. It took 4 hours! When I got my vehicle back it was sputtering and almost felt like it was going to stall while at an idle. I took it back to Chris and he immediately ran it back there and the tech worked on it more. Drove home and still notice the issue. My car is worse off now than before I took it in :(( I will be returning next week but this is very disappointing to say the least!! Normally you guys are spot on, and I never have issues. I bought my Rogue there 10 years ago and have been going for my service since then. More

The last couple times, I have taken my vehicle into the dealer, I have had the opportunity to work with Chris! I have been able to quickly drop off my vehicle, and when it was not going to be ready the sam dealer, I have had the opportunity to work with Chris! I was also able to get a synthetic oil change package here at a very good price. They do a thorough job of looking over your entire vehicle to keep it in top running condition. More
