Our experience with the sales team was phenomenal. We loved the willingness to work with and for us when it came to getting the financial aspect finalized. What does not make this a 5-star experience is that we've had this used but new to us vehicle for less than 2 months and a month ago we started having issues with our passenger door. We've been back and forth at the actual manufacturer dealership for our vehicle over 3 times to figure out what the issue is and only today exactly 61 days after driving off the Nissan Henderson lot were they able to say with certainty what the issue is - a sensor that is supposedly "missing". The reason for this 3-star review is solely on the fact that I cannot fathom how this "missing" sensor which is a key component to the door opening and closing go missing or was overlooked during Nissan Henderson's initial inspection of the vehicle prior to selling it? And because we signed on the dotted line multiple times that we are buying AS-IS we are basically xxxx out of luck in getting the part/missing part for that matter replaced. More
