Went it for service (also tire rotation). Took the car back and started driving and the tire pressure sensor message came up. Tried to call them to ask what service they performed on the tire Took the car back and started driving and the tire pressure sensor message came up. Tried to call them to ask what service they performed on the tires, if they put air or deflated them, or simply didn't reset the system, but I was unable to get the proper person on the phone; Drove back to the dealership but only the sales department was there and no one was able to talk to anyone not even on the phone in the service department , so I had to drive back not knowing if I had a problem in the tires or not. Unacceptable that they would not be able to reach anyone on the phone in the service department. Unacceptable that they only have air and not nitro in the service department . Unacceptable that they did not test drive the car and notice the tire pressure low. Overall unacceptable service. More

We recently had a horrible experience which started with a simple oil change. The first that went wrong was my appointment was booked for the wrong day, I asked for a Friday and it was booked for a Thursday a simple oil change. I can say that they accommodated us and said they would be able to see us anyways. I had also asked the receptionist who made our appointment if she could check to see how many complimentary oil changes we received when we first purchased the vehicle, she didn't check but said that it was normally 2. We've only had 1 previous oil change so I assumed this one would be complimentary too. Cody Jamero helped us in our check in process and he quoted us on how much the estimated price would be for the oil change, I advised him of what the receptionist told me about the complimentary oil change. He checked for us and did confirm that we only received 1 when we purchased the car, and I told him that the receptionist gave us false information over the phone. Cody did state that he would give us a $10 discount for the false information that was given to us. When our vehicle was finished Cody said that he gave us $20 dollars off instead of the $10 which we appreciated. We left the dealership and jumped on the freeway when we immediately started to hear a weird noise. I pulled over and we got out of the car to check to see if we could locate the noise, we didn't notice anything visibly wrong with the car so we decided to keep going. The noise started to get louder as we drove so we decided to get off the freeway and make our way back to the dealership. As we got back on the freeway we heard a loud boom noise and I immediately pulled over again. We got off the car and once again checked around the car and under the car and that is when we noticed that part of the splash guard had fallen off and was now on the floor. I called the dealership and explained the situation, even though we were only 1 exit away I did not know if I could still drive the car without further damaging it. The receptionist told me she was going to check with service people in the back and ask them if I would still be able to drive the car. She came back and stated that they told her I could still drive the car this way and gave me this story about how she once drove her car like that for 2 days and how she once had the same car that we do. We drove the car back and when we got to the dealership they told us that the service manager Jag Jagdev would also be coming in to look at the car. When Jag arrived and called us over to discuss what happened the first thing that came out of his mouth was did we watch the video. He never once asked us what happened or what did we hear, he kept asking us if we watched the video. I told him that no I did not have a chance to watch the video and what does that have to do with anything, at that point he said I am going to show you and had Cody play the video of our car. After he played the video he said what I think what happened is you hit something and that is the reason the splash guard fell. Like i previously stated not once did he EVER bother to ask us our side of the story to see what happened. He said that upon looking under the car he can see that the splash guard was very damaged, I said of course it's really damaged cause I was told by your receptionist that it was okay for me to drive my car back in the condition that it was. He said that the only thing he could do is remove it and that we would have to replace it, he was not going to pay for it to be replaced. I did not want to continue arguing and going back and forth with him so we walked away and he said they would be back with our car. When Cody returned with our car he simply said we are going to order the part and replace it for you, your keys are in the cup holder. I never got an apology from anyone, and the service manager Jag never bothered to return and acknowledge the fact that we did not hit anything and it was his mechanics error. More
