My experience purchasing my vehicle was a good one and I liked my salesman Robert. Upon inspection of the vehicle we noticed it had a small chip in the windshield and the dealership committed to replacing i liked my salesman Robert. Upon inspection of the vehicle we noticed it had a small chip in the windshield and the dealership committed to replacing it. Due to supply problems, the dealership said a new one was not available but that they would as soon as one became available. After three months and multiple calls and emails, I called Cadillac directly and found that a replacement was in fact available. I emailed my salesman and he followed up and I was contacted to arrange an apt to replace my windshield. I delivered the vehicle and after three hours I called the service writer and was told that the company that was to install my windshield had brought the wrong one! four hours wasted. They then arranged to have the windshield replaced at my home and after almost four months, I had a new windshield. More
