There was no pressure what so ever to sell the car to us. One phone call and 1 1/2 hour at the dealership we were leaving with the car .What a great office of friendly employees that accommadated us. I was looking for a specific color and model of lexus and Scott went out of his way to find the exact vehicle I was looking for and had it shippped from another dealer for me to purchase. All dealership employees were capable, friendly and courteous. The new Rx 350 vehicle was ready for delivery when I arrived; the vehicle was in immaculate condition. All features of the vehicle were reviewed with demonstrations on the operation of each. Scott was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and able to answer all questions. Kim had completed all required paperwork before we had finished walking thru the operation of the vehicle . The purpose of each form was explained. The benefits of each available after sale optional equipment/ service item was thoroughly explained with no undue pressure to buy any of the items not desired. Asa in the the service department has done an excellent job with required maintenance on the Lexus vehicle I traded in since I moved to the Spokane area two years ago. Jerry Albrigo More

We were very pleased with the experience we had at Larry Miller Lexus dealership. Scott Peterborg was very helpful, and went the "extra mile" (really around 350 miles!) to get us the car we wanted.
