Miller Lexus Spokane website that offered a lease special for a ne This was my first experience at any Lexus dealership. I found an ad on the Larry H. Miller Lexus Spokane website that offered a lease special for a new RX 450H for 4000 down and 519.00 per mo. payments that struck my interest. I then chatted with their internet agent. I told him of the ad and he said someone would contact me the next day. To make a long story short, in the confusion of the fast talking sales rep, I forgot about the ad and ended up signing a very very bad contract. After realizing this, I called and asked the sales rep why I was not offered the deal on their webpage since I was well qualified. The salesman told me he didn't know about it. My credit score is over 800 and all Lexus of Spokane recognized was my inexperience in leasing (I told them) and took complete advantage of us. When I confronted them, the finance manager said that the bank (Lexus Financial) would not change the lease. I love the car but honestly, what Lexus of Spokane did to us has taken every positive away from this experience. I honestly feel obligated to warn people that are considering buying here my experience. As a consumer, and person that has worked xxxx hard to get where I'm at, I feel that the business practices that were used on me were unfair at best. I corresponded with the Lexus customer satisfaction division and was told pretty much it was entirely up to Lexus of Spokane and they do not get involved. I've asked anyone who would listen at Lexus of Spokane (including the manager) to look at what happened and reconsider the lease. A few days after the sale took place, the salesman left a message on my cell (I still have it) apologizing for "not knowing" about the lease special they were offering and assured us that he would do what ever it took to get us the deal they were advertising. Well, I've made my first payment, and have not heard a peep from Lexus of Spokane. Guess they pulled one off. Funny how I got five phone calls from them the day they found out I was interested in leasing for the first time but simply will not pick that phone up if it means they may have to use some integrity and make something right. Hopefully this isn't what Lexus uses as a business model for all their dealerships. More
Service with a smile. I called on my way through Spokane on short notice to see if the service dept could get my car in for an oil change. Heidi assisted with the appointment and Asa completed the processing. Their team work was done in a manner that made me feel valued from beginning to end even though it was short notice. I was grateful and the experience was exceptional. Tim has always been a class act to work with on prior visits also. More
Amazing We had a recall on a part, they sent a driver with a 2015 loaner and took my 2008 back to Spokane and fixed it and drove it back to me. Unbelievable! Great cooperation Brought my new vehicle in for installation of a clear bra and had mentioned previously that I was interested in getting an engine block heater install Brought my new vehicle in for installation of a clear bra and had mentioned previously that I was interested in getting an engine block heater installed at some time in the near future. A few hours after dropping my vehicle off I received a phone call from my service advisor letting me know that they could also install the engine block heater while they had the car. It saved me having to leave my vehicle on another day. More

Very Friencly Serice This was my first visit to this Lexus dealership and everyone was very friendly and courteous and my purchase was a very positive experience.
