Pat Bopray was understanding and helped me narrow down my choices until I found the perfect car for me. Although it was not a Lexus but a Mercedes he made the process easy and I had confidence the details were handled correctly. I also appreciated that the staff was friendly but did not make me feel hunted or stalked as I had at other dealerships in town. The only time I felt a bit unsure was at the actual signing of papers as the "regular" finance guy was not available and my situation was a bit unique as the car is being shipped overseas.
