Stuck with this location and awful customer service I’ve been a Lexus owner for seven years, and this particular location is awful. The customer service is the worst I’ve seen in a Lexus dealership. Employees have argued in front of me and when sales reps realized we weren’t there to buy a car they walked away instead of offering any assistance. I’d just purchased a brand new RX yet wasn’t treated as a valued repeat customer. I won’t buy from them again, but unfortunately I have to put up with them for my car’s service. The Portland, OR location always pulled my car up with either the heat or AC on and ready to go for me. It was washed and vacuumed even if it only had an oil change. The loaners were also clean and ready to drive. It’s a simple thing that means so much. This location never even bothered to have the car ready. My husband was on crutches and we had to walk out in a dark and rainy parking lot looking for my car. More
