Great customer service! Battery dead so got it jumped and drove directly to Lexus. With no appointment Asa said "no problem, we will take care of it." Within a couple hours Battery dead so got it jumped and drove directly to Lexus. With no appointment Asa said "no problem, we will take care of it." Within a couple hours my RX 350 had new battery, connector cable, tire check and service check. Very much appreciated! More
