I was told that I would need to bring my car in for a recall . I was told it would be a three hour wait and it was not something I wanted to do. Kia Findlay did not have loaner car but provided a rental car from Enterprise after we mentioned the maintenance package that we purchased from Kia. The package stated a loaner car will be provided for servi car from Enterprise after we mentioned the maintenance package that we purchased from Kia. The package stated a loaner car will be provided for servicing over 3 hours. The rental car provided is adequate, a little dinged up and the maintenance required light just went on, but I guess I will need to bring that to Enterprise’s attention. More
