Dropped Tucson off for recall at 8:15 a. m. & advised it would take two hours. I called at noon to check on my vehicle since I never received a call & was advised it was still in the shop. m. & advised it would take two hours. I called at noon to check on my vehicle since I never received a call & was advised it was still in the shop. I finally received a call that my vehicle was ready at 4 p.m. I was without vehicle most all day for a 2 hour fix & had to arrange transportation back and to dealership. Either Findlay was short of mechanic help or my vehicle sat around for six hours before they worked on it. Both Grant & Nico (service representatives were nice & did a good job but no explanation why a 2 hour job took 8 hours. FYI I never received a recall notice but Nico advised me when I was in for an oil change several weeks ago. Unfortunately I left the vehicle for oil change and recall but advised when I picked up the car hours later that no recall was performed because Findlay didn’t have the parts. I was prepared to wait for oil change but when advised they needed several hours for recall fix, I arranged for spouse to come pick me up. It would have been nice to know Findlay didn’t have recall parts before arranging transport. More
Ordered a spare tire and wheel. No one bothered to mention the tire would not be on the wheel so when I picked it up I had to make another appointment to have that done. At that app No one bothered to mention the tire would not be on the wheel so when I picked it up I had to make another appointment to have that done. At that appointment it took an hour and a half to put a tire on a wheel. Seems excessive. More
Nico was amazing! Super fast to assist me, got me out the door in a flash and reassured me on another issue that there would be NO PROBLEM! He was great! Super fast to assist me, got me out the door in a flash and reassured me on another issue that there would be NO PROBLEM! He was great! More

I had Auto Sales service by Tony and Austin - and Kyle put my loan together. And Nico was also on hand. I traded my 2024 Hyundai Santa Cruz for a 2025 Tucson AWD Limited. The Santa Cruz was a sentime put my loan together. And Nico was also on hand. I traded my 2024 Hyundai Santa Cruz for a 2025 Tucson AWD Limited. The Santa Cruz was a sentimental purchase - My deceased Husband wanted me to have that instead of the Palisade I got instead; before he died 2021, and The Tucson, now, is for comfort and better enjoyment because it's quieter for listening to the music I love; and that keeps me sane on the road (grin) while I still talk to my husband about life. The Tucson is far quieter for that, and Who doesn't need sanity on the roads these days, right? The Tucson is a peaceful car. VERY ZEN LIKE! The Santa Cruz was for my Beloved and Sainted Husband. I almost went with the 2025 Santa Fe To replace it, but the Tucson was a little easier on my budget, and I'm widowed, no kids...I don't need three rows, and bigger isn't always better. I'm older, and that Santa Fe - when I hit the gas made me almost loose control a little (of the steering wheel because I'm not THAT old yet for the other kind of "Loose Control a little of something..." -, but still, the Santa Fe was too powerful and too fast for my slower reflexes. My opinion for my own needs. Tony helped me over the course of 24 hours. He helped me with my initial visit to "Look." He did not pressure me at all, but he made himself available for any questions I had. He answered all my important questions. The next day, The buying experience was completely painless. When I went back to Tony, He quickly readied the two cars I test drove. He was very patient with me while I went about he chores of deciding what would meet my needs best, and he listened to all my reasoning. He was very patient; and listened. When I made my decision, he had every thing lined up, so it went more quickly than I anticipated. This is my Third Hyundai, I've purchased, and I went back to Findlay Hyundai Prescott on purpose: THEY GIVE TOP NOTCH SERVICE, AND I purchased my second and this third Hyundai at Findlay Prescott. It's easy to read people as a sense. And it's really cool to go to a car dealership where curtesy and good salesmenship is in play. It's about the business, and I feel Findlay Hyundai makes it their business to sell cars and to follow the consumer's lead, and Tony did that. He let me lead, and he was a great guide. It was just like that when I purchased my second Hyundai from Jet who was there last year. They let me lead. I highly recommend Findlay Hyundai Prescott. Ask for +Tony+ or *Austin.* AUSTIN also helped me the next day when I returned to make an appointment to have a protective coating put on my car. Also, The bike rails my car came with had not yet been installed, so Austin was there and found two other guys to put those rails on in 15 minutes right there in front of me. "Glad to do it" attitude was front and center. There is nothing to despair when it's understood that being helpful, willing and able is to do a service just to make someone happy, so I AM HAPPY!!! I had no worries when I left. Thanks again, Findlay Hyundai Of Prescott, AZ. Post Script: Nico In service has nearly always been the one that checks me in for my maintanance service or what ever I need done ("please put a hitch on my car" - DONE!). NEVER FAILS! Always tells me honestly what I need to know. Just there to be of service. Really laid back and easy going - while he does everything so smoothly. It's a really great team there...so it seems (grin). As evidenced by what there is above written! More

Guillermo Soria was the one who I worked with during my visit. Nico took the orginal call. I'm new to Prescott Valley and needed to make the decision to trust the local Hyundai Dealership. I've been drivi visit. Nico took the orginal call. I'm new to Prescott Valley and needed to make the decision to trust the local Hyundai Dealership. I've been driving a 200 mile round-trip to Scottsdale for service on my Santa Cruz and wasn't ready to cut the unbiblical cord on my relationship with them. This week my Santa Cruz made that decision for me when the engine light showed on the dash. I called on Thrusday and Nico scheduled me for the next day which made me a very happy camper. As it turned out Guillermo was my main contact. He is very professional and explained everything to me. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable as well. I have to say... I believe I can trust Finday Hyundai to take good care of my Santa Cruz and me. More
