He went out of his way to make sure I felt comfortable and got the deal I was looking for. It happened to be my birthday and while I was waiting to meet with the finance team, he showed up with cake! Jon & Courtney were patient and accommodating when it came to financing and worked to get me the best rates they could find. In fact, Jon called me after the deal was done to say, "I found you a better rate and it's going to lower your payments $15/mo." I've never had a car buying experience that was this easy or seamless.
