Straight Forward Deal I dealt with the general manager over the phone about a specific car on the lot that I wanted for a specific price, including taxes, licensing, and fe I dealt with the general manager over the phone about a specific car on the lot that I wanted for a specific price, including taxes, licensing, and fees. There was no haggling - when I got a 'yes', we drove 150 miles to complete the purchase and take possession of the car. At the dealership Curtis introduced us to and reviewed the features of the car while paperwork was completed. We didn't realize that the licensing fees had not been included in the sale until weeks later. Curtis 'handled' this efficiently, too. The plates were waiting for me when I arrived at the auditor's office. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to others who dread the usual sales song-and-dance routine. As Curtis said, "Buying a new car should be fun!" More
