This was the second Findlay dealership I visited. After deal was made only thing they were worried about was getting their check. I had my Honda 2017 CRV Honda serviced at Findlay Honda at Azure on January 19, 2024, Friday. My experience with the service staff M is unpleasant and not good for several reasons below. 1. I only wante at Azure on January 19, 2024, Friday. My experience with the service staff M is unpleasant and not good for several reasons below. 1. I only wanted oil change but he recommended additional 3 items that need to be done or replaced. I didn't have any problem with his recommendations. But when I told him I only need oil change and do the rest later, he appeared to be pissed off based on his expressions and attitude. My wife noticed this also. When we were done discussing, he even didn't say we are done and I kept standing there and only asked him later if we are done. 2. I didn't get any discount like 10% I typically get from Jeff, my regular go to guy from Honda every time I get scheduled maintenance. Even without coupon, Jeff always give me 10% discount. 3. After we left Honda service at around 12 pm, I texted M at 2:26 pm asking him if my CRV's oil change is done but he didn't reply. So I called him at 3:15 pm instead and he didn't answer. Finally, he called me 3:39 pm that my car is done. It took him more than an hour to reply to my inquiry. 4. When I picked up my Honda, M led me straight to the cashier. He didn't even explain to me the results of the ten point inspection. Jeff and other service staff always informed me the results of the 10 point inspections from past maintenance work. 5. After I paid the fee at the cashier, I asked M that my car is not outside yet. He told me to have someone get it. But when I went outside, a Honda staff approached me and I told him I am waiting for my CRV. He went inside and found out the key is still inside so he took the car himself. If this outside Honda service staff didn't help me, I would have waited much longer. If I have my way, I won't go back to Honda for service but only if really necessary. If I go back and if no choice, I'll avoid the staff who helped me and look for a friendly service staff and with good customer service. More
