I have leased Honda cars for the past 20 or so years and this time, decided to buy the car at the end of the lease. My experience was outstanding!! Because I live nearby, I have used the Findlay Centennial Hills Honda Service department over the years and am extremely satisfied with the attention they have given to the various Hondas I have leased. Special thanks to Devin Kelley who encouraged me to take my low mileage HRV for a ride before doing a smog test--It was a beautiful day and the drive was fun. The entire experience was enjoyed by me, The process took some time so I did meet other employees and everyone I met/observed extended themselves towards service to the customers. Really like this dealership and have been using it for several years now. Service advisors always courteous and knowledgeable. Not cheap, but was able to use one of their coupons which helped. I also like their customer lounge and coffee machine while waiting. All services done in just under 2.5 hours. Kudos to Deven and Findlay Honda. One of the reasons I keep coming back! More
