Fantastic customer service. I trust Chris of Findlay Honda, Service Dept. 100% and more. He has been taking care of our car for years with perfect maintenance service. Although recently widowed and know Honda, Service Dept. 100% and more. He has been taking care of our car for years with perfect maintenance service. Although recently widowed and know nothing about car maintenance, I have no worry at all regarding my car. My basic/elementary questions are kindly and patiently answered. I will never do business with NW Findlay Honda in my life and urge others to stay away as well. I first purchased my 2018 Honda Civic Si from them memorial day weekend of 2018. A couple months after my steer and urge others to stay away as well. I first purchased my 2018 Honda Civic Si from them memorial day weekend of 2018. A couple months after my steering box prematurely failed on me with less than 5,000 miles on it along with a slew of suspension components. NE Findlay Honda only took care of the suspension components and left me with a defective steering box. For two years I would return on my off days every week about the issue to only be told my car is 100% in working order. Fast forward to a week ago, I'm told my tires already need replacing at 30,000 miles due to premature wear on them. I pointed out that this should be a sign that I have been correct about my issue all along. I was reassured my car is fine and cljust needs new tires and an alignment. Proceed to get new tires and an alignment for the issue to still be present. A friend at an auto repair store did some digging for me to find there is a recall about the 2017-2018 Civics and CRVs steering box. I print out the recall and give NW Findlay Honda one more shot to fix it since I did their job for them. They denied me the warranty work and sent me off in an unsafe vehicle again. Take the car to Honda West in hopes someone can help me with the recall. With no questions asked or any harassment they took the car in and performed the recall for me. The service staff at NW Findlay Honda is a joke and have no care for you or your family's safety when leaving with your car. Much better to visit Honda West where I was treated correctly and taken care of hassle free. More

Bought a new Honda Civic si labor day of 2018. I have been in the shop for more issues with the car than I had to see my oncologist for this whole period. Techs say nothing is wrong but I can show them t been in the shop for more issues with the car than I had to see my oncologist for this whole period. Techs say nothing is wrong but I can show them the issue. They try to explain it as normal operation but I know that to be incorrect with the unsafe driving this car performs. No one is any help. O also find it terrible that I would be forced to trade in an unsafe vehicle for the next person to deal with. More
