Always very pleasant and professional when I go in for an oil change. I actually purchased my car in CA but made the mistake of doing that. I don't mind sitting a bit for my oil change or any other work as they have TV and a paper to read and cars to look at just in case you want to trade in. I also look for the coupons they offer as I try to save where I can these days. More

Usually have great service but last service done was incomplete forgot to rotate tires.
