I like the Honda Pilot that I have had since 2012 and have 31400 miles on it with no issues and they now say you have to exchange brake fluid and transmission fluid and replace timing belt. I am 81 years have 31400 miles on it with no issues and they now say you have to exchange brake fluid and transmission fluid and replace timing belt. I am 81 years old and have owned new cars and trucks since 1960 and have never had to do any of this in 80,000 plus miles. I was going to get a new Honda Pilot next year but seeing the amount of service required I will go a different brand as either the fluids have got worse or they are putting in low quality fluids to start with and the timing belt should be good for 100,000 miles and why it needs replacing at 31,400 miles makes zero sense and if defective quality it should be replaced by Honda at no cost not me paying $1049.00 plus $149.00 each for transmission and brake fluids. I buy new cars and/or trucks so I don't need to pay for replacing these items in less then 80,000 miles.Can't rate as not sure who is telling me I need this service, Honda or Dealer. Forced to rate to submit review or I wouldn't say yes or no to recommending the dealer or rate the dealer as again not sure who is pushing the replace timing belt and exchange fluids. Forced to rate.so cannot give top ratings. Service consultant was very friendly and am sure he didn't put these requirements in place. More
I arrived as scheduled for my 15,000 mile checkup, was greeted with a smile, as if from an old friend. Took my car in to have the GPS checked as it stopped working. They also performed a general inspection of the vehicle & found the brakes needed attention. Safety is more important. They gave me a quote for the other repair, which I will do at a later date. Everyone was very kind & courteous. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
