Findlay Honda

I recently purchased a truck from Findlay Honda in Centennial Hills, and my experience was disappointing. The salesperson, James London, said whatever he could to close the sale. I specifically asked Centennial Hills, and my experience was disappointing. The salesperson, James London, said whatever he could to close the sale. I specifically asked if the truck had any issues, as I would be driving it over 1,100 miles back home. However, within just ten miles of leaving the dealership, I noticed a transmission shifting problem that was not disclosed to me. To make matters worse, the warranty provided by Findlay was only valid for 1,000 miles, and any repairs had to be done at their dealership. Additionally, Ricky in finance was unprofessional and rude. Although he seemed to be knowledgeable about Nevada's laws, he explicitly advised me to break the law while driving through two other states on my way home. Overall, I trusted this dealership as I would my local dealership, but they proved unworthy of that trust. I would think twice before considering this dealership. More
