I've been coming here for years and have always been treated with respect. My now 15 yr old Honda Accord has stayed in great condition. I will have a new compressor installed and will follow up in the following months with a few other issues which is expected in an older car. Great, fast, professional, courteous and friendly service. I was there for a scheduled oil change. They took my car right away. Within 30 minutes or so, I was told that everything looks good, but the service. I was there for a scheduled oil change. They took my car right away. Within 30 minutes or so, I was told that everything looks good, but they'll need another few minutes because they discovered that I needed a new battery! No symptoms, but wow, am I glad that this was discovered during a routine check, and not when I needed to go somewhere, and I was assured right away that it is covered by the warranty. Another 20 minutes or so, and I was on my way, with a new battery. Thank you Findlay Honda! More
