Double the work time they quote you. Don't bother making an appointment: they'll keep your car out of line to upsell and then hold it longer than they quoted. If you make an appointment for an A1 service, they'll claim you need an A13 for example. Next, they'll say you might violate your warranty or corporate won't help if something happens to your car if you "refused" a service. The answer to why what they're recommending and what your car's maintenance minder says you need don't match--like if you "missed" a service at a mileage interval--is your car doesn't need it. Trust your car and your manual, not the service shop or any bottles they want to show you as "proof." The "discounts" they claim they're "giving" you are usually the cost of whatever you actually needed or asked for before they tried to fear sell you services for codes your car doesn't even have. They'll call, text, and e-mail incessantly after to solicit a positive review. Find a trustworthy shop or DIY. More
I recently took my three week old Passport to get electrical system checked because it was acting glitchy. They looked at it and next day it was ready for pick up. I laughed but went to buy an original Apple cord for my phone in case that was the real problem. It wasn’t, I am having the same issues as before. This tells me that they didn’t really check for the problem but instead didn’t know how to fix it or were being lazy and didn’t bother trying to resolve the problem. More

My quote for repairs went from $800 to over a grand and then they said I need 3 more repairs which is another grand. Unless your vehicle is under warranty, coming from a newly divorced woman, I strongly re then they said I need 3 more repairs which is another grand. My latest service was just performed in November of 2022. My service writer was Devin Kelley. Devin took my car in right away. All service items were explained to me in exact detail along with pricing. My wait time was to be an hour and a half but ended up being only one hour! Devin was extremely courteous, thoroughly professional in every way. I am most pleased with my service at this fine dealership and writers like Devin are one of the main reasons why I'll continue to take my Civic to Centennial Honda. More
