This particular experience I Unfortunately had to deal with a flat tire so I had to get the car to the dealership with no appointment in the middle of the afternoon. Angelica took me right in. Ironically enough the plan was to make it to the dealership within a couple of days to get an oil change. It all worked out because I got both handled plus a tire rotation and some other work. All was completed in a couple of hours. They always work so efficient. More
