I want to a big shootout to Zack Reed For great service. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to explain and recommended service, clearly, answered all my questions without rushing. He listed what had to be done and since it was going to take several hours, he suggested He order a UBER for me and when service was complete a ride back. That was very nice but I chose to stay at the dealership. What really stood out has always been the honesty, and transparency, with no pressure. just solid advice. from every service Consultant I have had in all the years I have had my car serviced. My car was ready on time, and everything was handled smoothly. It’s rare to find someone who makes the whole experience feel easy and stress free. Zack did just that. I highly recommend working with them if you want your car in good hands. More
My Service rep was good. The only issue is when I picked up my car, I had documents from the glove box left in my passenger seat and dirty finger prints on my glove box. I had some very weird issues with my vehicle (most of my own making) and my service advisor Victor fixed them all. He went way above and beyond, and I cannot be more thankful. I have had an ongoing issue with wind noise and the dealership has been great working with me to resolve. Noah, my service technician stuck with it, and when I was able to identify exactly where the no dealership has been great working with me to resolve.
