Not happy with my visit. Findlay Honda sent me coupons as an incentive to come to them for an oil change but when I went to use them the person who changed the oil said that Findlay Honda sent me coupons as an incentive to come to them for an oil change but when I went to use them the person who changed the oil said that I would save more with the 10% off coupon he had. He didn't even bother to check to see that I would have saved quite a bit more had I just used the coupons that I wanted to use in the first place. I had $50 dollars in coupons, $30 off on an oil change and $20 off a cabin filter. The oil change cost way more than the coupon said it would which also made me mad. Don't trust them or use them with caution. More

My battery was dead for my hybrid Honda. I had it charged and brought it to Findlay Honda to review and possibly replace the battery. They tested the battery and indicated the batter is oper I had it charged and brought it to Findlay Honda to review and possibly replace the battery. This is my go-to Honda, at this location everyone is so nice, caring, and eager to help. On every visit, they make sure I'm satisfied with everything done that day and with the representative who helped me nice, caring, and eager to help.
